EMDR Therapy
EMDR focuses on how past experiences are brought up as a result of current stressors or future worries. It focuses on the brain's ability to learn and integrate present information into the memories of past experiences. Through several phases of treatment and bilateral stimulation (eye movements, alternative tapping or sound), EMDR helps us keep what is necessary and let go of what is not. EMDR can be used to treat trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, addiction, chronic pain, eating disorders, and more.
